Return or exchange request emails should be sent to [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving the order. Otherwise it is deemed that the product was received in a good condition.
Exchange:
– You have 7 days to exchange your item(s) in their original packing , original tags & condition. You will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the items to us and shipping cost back to you
– Items that are damaged, soiled, altered or perfumed will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Returns and refunds:
– Customers would be eligible for a refund if an item were defective or not as described. Items should be returned within 7 days, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with the original tags attached.
– We offer store credit. Items should be returned new, unused, and with the original packaging.
– A customer will be given store credit for the price of the item returned excluding the shipping cost. Store credit expires in 6 months from the day of purchase.
– Returns and refunds are not applicable for the items that have been custom as per the customer’s measurements. The customer takes the entire responsibility of the measurements sent.
– Returns and refunds are not applicable for refusing to accept delivery of an order.
Cancellation:
Shoppers can cancel their orders within 1 hour of purchase and refunds will be made back to the original mode of payment. Please allow for up to 30 working days for the refund transfer to be completed and note that amount refunded will be net of bank processing charges.
